Delivery & Returns


Because we print most garments to order, it can take up to three working days for orders to be dispatched. Usually, it is much quicker than this - 24 hours being the average. With the exception of loungewear and accessories, which we aim to dispatch within 24 hours.


All deliveries are sent via Australia Post. Tracked deliveries are sent via Australia Post's Tracking Delivery Service. Your order should be with you within 5 working days. (Excludes weekends and bank holidays). Our standard Australia Post First Class delivery is not a tracked service.

Australia Post Industrial Action

During Australia Post strikes, we will process the orders as normal but please bear with us, in some areas of the country there might be an additional 5-8 days delay.


We currently only ship to the AU.


Missing Items

Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please check your delivery note for any indication that the item is in stock or dispatched separately. If the item is listed but not enclosed with the rest of your order, please contact our customer services by emailing support@lavonstore.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel quoting your order number and we will investigate the matter further.

Undelivered Orders

Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days from date of posting. Please note that we need to wait 10 days before being able to investigate the whereabouts of your order further. If you believe your item has been lost and 10 days have passed, please contact our customer services by emailing support@lavonstore.com quoting your order number.


Satisfaction - Guaranteed!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 28 days of your order and the item has not been worn, upon the items return using the instruction below, we will exchange or refund the cost of that item less any shipping charges within 28 days from receiving your return. If an item appears faulty, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out at our cost.

In addition to our Internet Returns Policy, EU customers have 14 working days beginning the day after receipt to cancel their order in line with the Distance Selling Regulations. Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services quoting your order reference and orders already shipped must be received back at our Returns Offices before a refund can be issued.

Please note that the return postage charges are non-refundable unless the whole order was faulty or incorrect. Customers will need to pay the appropriate post charge and obtain a receipt as proof of post and keep this until your refund is confirmed.

Shipping charges are determined at the sole discretion of Lavonstore.

Lavonstore will replace or refund most items provided they are returned unused and with the original packaging, with any appropriate tags and labels intact within 14 days of receipt. All items returned for a refund should be unworn and still have all price tickets and labelling intact. Some items are subject to our non-return policy due to hygiene reasons. We cannot accept returns for items that have been soiled, torn or damaged and aren't deem as a manufacturing fault.

How do I return an item?

Please complete the returns section of your invoice which will have arrived with your order. Please make sure we have all of your details so that we can link your return with your original order. If you have misplaced your invoice please include a short note including your name and order number and let us know if you would prefer an exchange or a refund.

For returns please mark your parcel clearly as RETURNS along with your order number for that item. Include the paperwork sent with your item and write clearly, the reason for your return and how you wish to proceed, ie refund or exchange.  Please address you parcel to our returns depot at the following address:

All you need to do now is take your parcel to your local Post Office to arrange for them to send it to us. As the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own protection, we do recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Australia Post Recorded Delivery.

Please allow up to 7 days for postal returns to be processed.

Returns Postage

If returning a non-faulty item, the cost of returning the item to us and its status is your responsibility until it reaches us. We can't refund items lost in the post.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that you order a product that is not in stock, your card will not be charged for this item. Alternatively, you will be advised of the restocking date and your item be placed on back order with stock priority. Your payment will not be processed until you order is ready to ship unless you pay via Paypal. In this situation, you will be offered an immediate refund option.


Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method. We will not refund via cash or cheque. For example, an item purchased through Paypal will only be refunded via Paypal and to the account that made the original purchase. Items ordered via a credit or debit card will only be refunded to the original payment card. Please allow up to five days for refunds to show in the account.

Returning Free Gifts with Purchase and Promotional Offers.

We occasionally offer promotional offers and free gifts with purchase. All promotional offers, e.g. free gifts, must be returned in their entirety. Failure to comply may result in you being charged the full price for the items kept.

Unacceptable Returns

If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy and Approval Guarantee and your statutory rights do not apply, we may not refund you. The item may be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.

*For Guarantee Christmas Delivery, customers need to pay $6.95 for Royal mails "next day Delivery Service" this will reach customers by Tuesday. The main reason for this is the current backlog within the Royal mail itself.

Unfortunately we are unable to post any orders placed after 13.00GMT on Tuesday 24th December, so any orders placed after this time will be process and dispatched on Friday 27th December.
